Thumbs up !! for member Grandwazoo !!

I just wanted to give a thumbs up to a good guy on here.
Grandwazoo had purchased some really nice police car hubcaps from me.
I recieved payment in good manner and shipped them off to him.
Well long story short they didnt end up in his posession through a comedy of errors and small mistakes. Now the hubcaps are in someones hands that they dont belong in. There is quite a story behind it, but I dont need to go into that.
Basically though, Grandwazoo has been a very patient man with the situation and very understanding. It has been frustrating on my side so I know it must have been on his. He also did some footwork investigating on his side as well.
I just wanted to give him a thumbs up !!
He was refunded the full amount for the parts that he didnt get.
Sometimes things just go wrong on a shipment. Luckly it doesnt happen often !!
The real sad thing is the hubcaps were almost perfect condition!

Good to hear that both parties understand mistakes happen. I sold 2 items to 2 different people but got the addresses mixed up big time. Both contacted me and only wanted to know where to send the box they received! They totally understood my mistake and everything got to where it was supposed to go, only about a week later. Thatll never happen again on my end, but its nice to know the other end is usually just as understanding if you lay it out honestly and not dig yourself a hole with BS. Good outcome.
