tilt column

I bought a tilt column from a member last year. It was from xv motors ports and it is an I did it column. I need to find a way to adapt my tuff wheel to it. They offer a repro tuff wheel from xv but it has not been availiable for a long time. I tried to call them but the mail box is full and I can never get an answer. Any one hear anything about xv. Out of business?

I have the original column with the tuff wheel and adapter and the tilt column that bolts up just like the factory one. I just don't like how high the original wheel sits.
