If you are in that deep, just buy a good used motor and put in it.
 
How about buy another block, get it machined to same overbore as the previous block buy new rod and transfer stroker kit over plus new bearings and even cam if you mark lifters can be swapped. Shouldn't be too bad and you will still have a stroker
 
I have a good 360 short block , I can give you good deal on it
