I have that same Sun kit.
I think it's really important to have a good helper. Luckily I have one, and she also has a great boat.

If you have the floor space, I recommend a rolling lift cart. They are great for unloading heavy stuff off of the tailgate of a truck. Also, they can be mobile work surfaces. I have had one of these cheapie units for several years and it has paid for itself many times.
