tire size allowed

I have a chart showing the size's allowed on a 68-76 Dart and am wondering if it would be the same for a Duster 73'?

I would think the duster would allow a bigger tire with it's wheelwell. Lawrence

i have had any where from 205/70/14 to 255/70/15 on the back and 195/70/14 to 225/60/15 on the front.

Duster wheel wells are different than Darts.

Depends on who produced the chart. The Valiant/Duster car line used the same wheel tire combinations as the Dart/Demon/Dart Sport lines for any given year. A 73 Dart Sport would be the closest to the 73 Duster in terms of what is "allowed".

I've had 215/70-14's on the front of mine. At present 205/70-14's

Sorry couldn't resist I found it here on on of the tire post

wondering how much different dart and duster would be and if anyone has used the sizes on the 16" or 17"

If it fits a Dart it will fit a Duster but not the other way around. Dusters have more room out back.
