Tom from R/T Specialties, WHERE IS HE?

Does anyone have any info on Tom at R/T Specialties? I can't get ahold of him by phone or email, ordered parts 6 weeks ago. Spoke to him a couple weeks ago then nothing. I called every day for the past few days.

I always called around 11 or 12 and let it ring for awhile.Maybe he is'nt close to the phone and by the time he gets to it they hang up.It usually took about 10 rings before he answered mine

I'll keep trying. But I let it ring for 5 minutes. Literally.
