Hi, i am currently looking at buying a B&M Tork master converter. I dont need anything over the top as i am running a mildly warmed up 360 to 3.55 gears. currently looking at BMM-10417 a 2400 stall. My question is this: It states that the converter is "pressure tested, fully balanced, and ready to install." Will i have to buy a flexplate or anything else to make this work? or can i just take the old converter out and replace it with this one? anyone got any ideas of where to get an inexpensive flexplate if i need it? Its all budget here. Thanks, Eric

your 360 is externally balanced. You have to either have a balanced converter( it will have weights welded to it) or a b&m flexplate.
