Torque value for K member bolts

I thought it would be an easy find.... but I thought wrong.

Anyone here have a better set of information than I do and could pass it along to me?

69 Dart, 340 if it matters...

Thanks - I might have also found it myself if I had looked using the proper term, "Crossmember"! D'oh!
