I've got a daily driven 68 Barracuda fastback, minimum 150 miles a week. Back at the beginning of the heat of summer I installed drop spindles. I adjusted the bars up to the height I wanted, the bars are 15/16". approximately 2-1/2 weeks ago we got our first freeze. Suddenly my front end raised about 1-1/5". I adjusted the bars down one full turn out both sides. Ride height is back where it was. Now we've got temperatures back in the high 70's and front is practicaly dragging on the pavement. I've got a theory, but would like to hear from some other people what they they think the problem may be.

Thanks

I don't think it a problem. It's the temp.'s that are screwing around with your ride height.

Just get in and go. The rise height settles down with the bars movement.

Are you saying that even tho his ride height is 1.5 inches higher when its cold outside, it will settle back to normal during a drive? Are you saying the bar heats up and settles down / relaxes?
