TQ jet threads.....

I understand AFBs/AVS's and Eddys are 5/16"-24 threads.

Are the TQ Pri & Sec jet threads the same or are they different?

The TQ jets are NOT interchangeable with the other carbs.

The TO secondaries are about an inch long. As I recall the TQs
are 1/4 not 5/16. Holley jets are 1/4 put are a different thread
than the TQs and taller as well. You could force then into the Phenolic
as it damages the threads. They will not work right unless
you discard the metering rods which destroys drivability. You also
lose 1/4 inch of bowl area due to height of the Holley jets

I have accumulated a large supply of TQ jets thanks to help from
my friends on this site! We race a 1/2 dozen plus Stock/SS cars that
run TQs.

Thanks John, yes I know Holley jets are different at 1/4-32.

Do you know what the threads per inch spec is on the TQ jet ? Would they be 1/4-28 ?
