makes it 200% awesome honestly, even an aftermarket System cutted and welded to fit is not legal here. So thats why I am looking for ideas to make one which is closest to a become legal

This one is on my 67 Cuda.........Look over to the left, and you can barely see there's a steel bracket that I bolted to the structure........I welded up the brackets in 2 pieces to bolt to the frame of the car at an existing frame hole.....dang, I thought I had another pic...........Best I can do for now..........works GREAT, and is almost completely hidden with no ball in there.

I would think that if you have the 73-up steel bumper reinforcements with the shock absorbers you could bolt/weld directly to the bumper brackets!
