According to the serial number and the other numbers stamped in the pad it's a 1972 model year regular 4 speed A-833 tranny.
And the car was assembled in Hamtramck. Michigan.
The majority of the V.I.N. for the car it came out of is on the pad : 2B219425 are the last numbers for the car it was installed in.
PP833 means that it's a regular 833 transmission, and 3764 is a date code which is the 10,000 day calendar.
Finally, 0028 is the number of the transmission built that day, which means it's the 28th one built that day.

What is meant by "regular "833?
 
That's an A body transmission, I believe. Look where the shifter mount is.
 
It's definitely a '72 A-body transmission. However, the shifter mechanism and handle are definitely OE 1964-'65 A-body. Cars with the shift-pattern boot retainer/trim plate used a blank shifter ball, but I thought it was black.

71 -72 should be 10" clutch , Yes ?

You can get dang near 11" on the stock pressure plate. 10.95" I think it is. It has a special pressure plate with scalloped bolt holes. The pressure plate kinda "comes around" each bolt hole to enable a larger clutch disc.
