Trans and Axle Advice

I'm putting together my 64 Dodge Dart 270 with a /6 and a push button torque flight trans. I'm looking for advice and opinions on how to modify/strengthen my trans and also what your standings are on the best mopar posi trac axle for strength and longevity.

TF-2 shift kit for trans.

Posi is Chevy, sure-grip is Mopar. 7 1/4 should be plenty for your /6, I'd post up a thread in 'Wanted" for a SG carrier.

Thank you for the correction on the posi. I knew mopar was called something else but I could only think posi for some reason.

I'm having the engine bored 40 over, oversized valves, and some other performance upgrades.
