I'm not talking about the grille and front fenders, but the frame rails and inner fenders. I have a rust free '67 Dart that was hit in the front and I want to transfer the front from a '69 that I'm parting out that hasn't been hit. Any idea where I should start, should I use all the pieces or just swap the frame rail and get new inners and front piece.

I'm thinking of cutting it off and keeping it as complete as possible so I can be sure everything is straight and then changing the panels out. Any tips on removing the frame rails and inner fenders without causing a big mess and damaging them. I already tried to remove some spot welds on the '67 and it's not too easy.

Meant to say entire in the title

do you like the 69 look versus the 67 look?
If your 69 parts are good-- then I would use them.

Does this affect your title to the car? (vin stampings & such)

Keeping that stuff square when you swap out would be my concern.
Good luck & post up some pictures of your progress, Lawrence

blair spot weld cutter, I would take the torsion bar x member and all, leave just the k frame still bolted on solidly will keep everything square, and add subframe connectors when you get it done
