Anyone running this kit? I just had a tranny rebuilt and the shop installed the TF-3 at my request. The tranny is still out of the car, so I haven't started messing with it yet. Is there anything I need to know before I drop it in? Is the kickdown linkage still required (the TF-3 renders the VB full manual), or do I just tie back the throttle lever on the tranny. The tranny shop mentioned I was going to have to adjust the TV pressure...what will full pressure (lever tied back) do for/to the tranny? The instruction pamphlet does mention if the vehicle does NOT have TV linkage, the TV lever MUST be tied back. Any help from those who know would be MUCH appreciated!! I just sunk WAYYYY too much money into this trans and don't want to have to drop it out of the car for several years to come!!

THANKS -- Mike

With the TF3 you shouldnt need to worry about the lever. It should be at a pre-set pressure I think.

Had one in my 70 Cuda and loved it.
