transmission id?

hi all,
can anyone tell me what trans this is please? i'm assuming 4 speed as it has 3 shift levers and it looks to be bolted to a slant six bellhousing. i'm looking for a 4 speed to put behind a mild 318 (with the right bellhousing of course), would this be ok?
