truck wont start

I have a 95 dodge Dakota 318 5 speed
It ran when i parked it now it will not start
I have good spark but no fuel pressure in the fuel rail

I just put in a new fuel pump
and still no fuel pressure at the fuel rail what else could cause no fuel pressure

Truck is port injected with no fuel filter

truck turns over has spark but no fuel pressure

!. check for current and ground at the pump... might have a bad fuel pump relay

2 make sure the supply and return lines aren't reversed

3 make sure pump works...just because it is new doesn't mean it works!!!

do you hear the pump whirrrr when you try to start it?

check underneath your washer fluid bottle. there is a harnes with a splice that goes to the relay box that gets corroded and breaks apart. it is a common problem with the dakotas
