I have ordered 2 LH trunk extensions from 2 different sources, and neither one looks like the factory. They both were listed as working for a 1968 Dart or Valiant. Anyone have any experience with this? It's driving me nuts. :banghead:

So, Ima guessing you have a 68 Valiant?
Or a 68 Dart

I know very little about trunk extensions, but it seems to me , judging by the outer skins, that the inners would be different. A guess to be sure.
So might there be trimming involved?

If it's a valiant use the duster ones. They have been said to need less mod's.

I guess it would have helped to say I have a 68 Valiant. Thanks for the input. Do you know what years of the duster would be the best to source?

These are the parts I used on my driver side quarter. AMD 70-76 A-bodytrunk extension part #MM1424, Quarter patch panel 72-76 #MM1459 ...

Are those part #'s for the duster body or something else? I have seen a few guys posting about using the lower 1/4 patches and trunk ext's for Dusters.

Yes both parts are duster. We used the 72-76 quarter patch because I think the marker light was higher.
