Trunk opening restoration

Has anyone out there replaced the entire trunk opening on their car? From the filler panel below the rear window, down both trunk gutters. Just how complicated is this? It looks like the quarters lay on top of the gutters, and the gutters are welded on top of the filler panel which is spot welded directly to the back of the package tray. The bottom of the gutters look like they are under the rear finish panel. Yes?
Any insight would be appreciated.

everything is on top of the gutters. This sounds hard, as you will have to put the gutters in place first, temp hold them there, and hope they don't move. And you would install the trunk, crawl under, to insure the gutters are correct?
Sounds like a huge job.
