trying to post "wanted ad" in "other" section, and "post reply" tab appears "dead"

Do I have to post a pic in "wanted"?
I don't know what someone may want for what I am asking for so price is hard to judge
what else do I have to do besides describe what I am seeking and "post reply"?

You shouldn't need a photo in a wanted thread. "Other things wanted" shouldn't make a difference. We might have to wait for Joey to weigh in.
