turn signals not working but hazards come on

so in my '73 duster my hazards work but my turn signals don't. can anyone give me some advice on how to fix it or what it may be. they used to work and i didnt mess with the wiring so i dont think thats it.

2 separate fuses and 2 separate flashers. So sure 1 can work when the other doesn't. If not a blown fuse, the signal flasher is on the right side of the ash tray support.
