TV shows that you've BINGE watched

-
Started watching a show called Absentia about 2 weeks ago, coming to the end of season 2 now, and I think there's 4 in total. Season 1 was excellent, really kept me interested, Season 2 faltered a little bit but not too bad, picked up in the second half.
That sounds familiar to me. I know that we watched that but even after looking at the listing on the IMDB, (Internet Movie Data Base) I couldn't recall a single episode.

Sometimes the wife and I will binge watch during dinner and just after. Sometimes 2 episodes a night.
If we are feeling lazy on a weekend day, we will watch more. Shows like:
Person of Interest.
Longmire.
Justified.
Banshee.
Ozark.
The Mentalist.
The Blacklist.
Rescue Me.
The Walking Dead.
Breaking Bad.
Better call Saul.
Yellowstone and their spinoffs 1883 and 1923.
Blue Bloods.
Chicago Fire.
Sneaky Pete.
Hell on Wheels.
Mad Men.
Some we watch to the end of the run. Some lose their flavor and we abandon them. Something about Mad Men just caused me to tune out.
What shows have you enjoyed?
Yellow stone
Big bang theory
NCIS
JAG
Home Improvement
Skinwalker Ranch
Battlebots
Band of Brothers
Pacific
From the Earth to the Moon
Sons of Liberty

Coming to the end of season 3 now, it's not bad, a little bit far fetched IMHO.

We just got rid of our expensive cable and switched to some satellite provider. Black and White Perry Mason marathons LOL. You can't beat the lineup Raymond Burr, Barabara Hale and William Hopper (cousin of Dennis Hopper from Easy Rider!) We like checking out the guest actors. The Hogan's Heroes post reminded me as Colonel Klink was on the last episode. I have seen Mark Goddard (Major Don West) from "Lost in Space", Leonard Nimoy obviously Dr. Spock from "Star Trek" this week and even little William Mummy from "Lost in Space"...Danger Danger Will Robinson...LOL...Robert Redford, Dick Clark...I actually think Bob Crane... Hogan from Hogans Heroes was the carnival ride operator on the same episode as Colonel Klink!

It is interesting to watch old TV shows and catch an appearance by some actor/actress that becomes famous later.

Watched Perry Mason with my Mom when I was a kid...GREAT TV! Twilight Zone always my favorite to see actors before they made it. And Barbara Eden was on Andy Griffin once...caused quite the uproar in Mayberry! :)

I watched a reboot of sorts of Perry Mason a few weeks ago, set in 1930s Los Angeles, before he became a lawyer, he was a private investigator for a lawyer, Della Street was the lawyer's secretary. It was pretty good, 2 or maybe 3 seasons IIRC.

The wife and I like to watch Gunsmoke, Rifleman, The Big Valley, and suspense movies. We use to watch Criminal Minds, NCIS. Then of course there's the car stuff that I like to watch.

.

Justified
Everybody loves Raymond
(Original) Hawaii 5-0
Married with children
Beverly Hillbillies
Justified for sure, I do like the shows and I spread the word on it because my son and my wife's cousin draws roilteas (how every you spell it) son for music in back ground (in bar Sean 3rd episode I believe) and my wife's cousin as an actor (bad guy) .
To keep my hart humble I watch Cheers, every episode so its easy to sleep to when I need back ground noise

There was an awesome show on, for only 3 seasons I think, called Mr. In-between. It was filmed in Australia, but I've seen clips on YouTube.
I don't think it was on any channels here in the States, but you could "stream it"? It's surely worth checking out & you would probably binge watch it.
Check it out on YouTube, it hooked me!

The wife and I are grateful that the older shows are still around as most of the newer stuff isn't fit to watch. We even have watched The Ed Sullivan show as we both like the older music, the '60's - '70's has the best bands. Peter Frampton, Eagles, Fog Hat, Crosby,Stills, Nash and Young, just to name a few. I grew up in a music household, when I was a kid my dad worked at WIL a county music station. Sorry, I didn't mean to highjack the op thread.

I binge watch this because I like the music.

Just started watching "The Chosen". The first two episodes are an interesting take on the bible. Watched the first and had to watch the second right away.

Godless

If you like a good western with no shortage of violence and blood, you might enjoy this limited series, based on a true story. Finished it last night, 7 episodes.
