1970 duster 340. The decoder book that I have doesn't specify these items so I wanna be sure before I paint the wheels.
Line 4, Box 8 "WHEELS"
It shows a color code of TX9, typically black, but these are rallye wheels. I don't know of any black rallye wheels so maybe they mean the insides are black?
Additional if it helps, the other wheel codes are a 51 for "road" and 24 for "wheel cover"
51 would be the last 2 of the part number for a 71 rallye center cap ( I have a late-69 so maybe there was a very early P/N supersedence?) 24 I know is the last 2 for the trim rings.
