U Bolt Torque Spec Help

Can anyone tell me what I should torque the leaf spring U bolts to?

My competion engineering slide a link instructions say to torque the u bolt bolts to 75 ft lbs.

What size u bolt is it... I assumme 1/2 inch....

Stock U bolts- 7 1/4 rear=40ft lbs. 8 1/4 and 8 3/4 rear 45ft lbs. tighten in a criss-cross pattern.
