Ugliest vehicle made, in your opinion. Here's mine.

quit calling me ugly

Except that no entity supported by US tax money should be allowed to use that money to buy a Japanese truck

AMCs had some real turds. That Matador posted above was really strange looking.
Thinking back, I don't recall any Ford/Lincoln/Mercury that was anywhere near as ugly as the 60-61 Mopars.
The Chevys of those years were absolutely gorgeous. The '59 Impala, the '61 Bubble Top, the '64s were great too.
Go ahead....name a Chevy from the 60s that was ugly. I can't. Even the Corvairs were a bit dorky but still cool overall.
The Nash Metropolitan looked like a super-sized golf cart.
Have you ever seen an Amphicar?

I'm not much of a fan of the Nova. The Duster and Demon blew them away for styling. Even the Maverick was a cool car in comparison, at least the first 3 years. By 1975, the Maverick looked like it was equipped with Demo-derby bumpers...

Seriously, what the hell were the stylists thinking with putting a bumper 8 inches off of the body? It looked horrible. The early Mavericks were tight and slick....

I would absolutely rock a Maverick like the black one above. It matches the stance and style of my own car:

^^^^ Yea the 5 mph bumper every car manu. made starting what '73??? Yes they look terrible!!
Yea Mavericks were pretty cool looking little compacts!

Yeah definitely rather drive a 70s maverick vs the mistake they currently call a "maverick"

IF car manu. co. were smarter, they would not have to reuse names!!!!!!:BangHead:
Or part numbers.

I've worked for three different HVAC manufacturers, and one of the Cardinal Rules when it comes to Parts is (or at least it used to be): Don't re-use the part number!

But when Daikin (a Japanese company) bought-out McQuay (a Minnesota company) they did exactly that, and that was one of the (many) "last straws" that broke this dumb-*** camel's back.

Damn shame.

That 70 Charger reminds me of a 70 R/T convertible I bought. Loved the car but I almost didn't buy it because of the front end looks. Bought it in the summer of 88, First car I paid $10,000 for.

Mopar was one of the worst (if not hands down the worst) in doing that

Ask a youngster about the dodge aspen, charger, dart or magnum

I'm guessing the car that you bought was a Coronet since no Chargers were built as convertibles?

I can't believe nobody mentioned the Yugo! Maybe someone will post a Pic.
