Under Dash AC w/ stock heater

Has anyone installed a knee knocker along side their stock heater?

Just wanted to get some ideas on. Punting location. I saw one posting with a knee knocker unit but it looks like the original heater box was removed.

Anyone have a cool only unit that can share some pictures?


My heater works fine and all the under dash parts look great so I don’t want to open a can of worms by removing it.

Might have to if there’s no other option.

I even contemplated mounting the universal Evap box I have under the rear package tray and have the vents mounted in the rear. Might still
cool the car decently, but would have to run extra long hoses

This would be going in my 69 Dart.

Well, the stock one is a knee knocker, but it never gets in the way for my purposes. A/C aftermarket units are made for non A/C cars.
