Well...my friend's Feather Duster sounded weird. A look under it today clued us in as to why...it has a very-cheezy "Fast Eddie's Discount Muffler" exhaust on it, with what looks like a 1.75" pipe, a lousy (and cracked) muffler, and the pipe over the axle kinked.

This needs to go, obviously...does anyone make a GOOD bolt-in system for a slant-6 A-body, or will we need to build one?
 
Wow.....

Tyere are companies that make bolt in exhaust systems, I don't have the link but I'm sure someone does. Don't waste your money, take it to an exhaust shop and make you a 2-1/4" system with a good turbo muffler. Don't let them be lazy and cut the pipe of the the manifold flange and just weld the new system to it, have them do the COMPLETE exhaust from the manifold back.
 
Doesn't Accurate make something?
 
Tha was actualy th link I was speaking of Rob. Again don't waste your money. Why pay $367 to buy a system you have to install yourself when you could have a competant exhaust shop make a custom system and install it for around $250?
