Unknown Exhaust Manifold - Assistance Requested Please

Hello All -

Going though my "stuff" to get the 66 Barracuda back on the road. Purchased a 72 Demon with 340, manual trans and 8 3/4 rear many years ago for future use. Have collected along the way a number of exh manifods. Using the great resources here and other sites, I have been able to identify the applications for the first three of the four manifolds listed below. Last manifold number 3751084-2 (see attacment - I have not mastered downzing the large pic file so a piece of the pic is in the MS word file) is what I need help with if someone could be so kind as lend a hand.

3614368 LH 1972-74 A-body 340, 360 HP3148623 #3418623 RH 1971-73 A, B, E body 340,C-body 3603418621 LH 1971 B, E body 340, C-body 360
3751084-2 #3751083 is for LH 1973-74 B, C, E body 340, 360 cars.(need help identifying this manifold)
