    Hey FABO,

Anybody have experience with Unlimited Performance fiberglass body products?

I'm considering a flat, front latching hood for a 1970 Duster.

Just looking for some feedback from anyone that may be using their stuff.

    DUSTER & VALIANT 67, 70-72 & 73-76

    Thanks for the help.

Cool. How is fit and finish? Any issues with panel alignment, or did you not worry too much about it since these are race parts?

If your expecting the fit and finish of OEM steel parts then don't consider fiberglass unless you want to spend a ton of time reworking them to get it all to fit well.

I BOUGHT AN UNLIMITED (I THINK) RACE / 6 PACK HOOD ABOUT 10-12 YRS AGO , CAME OUT OF CALIF. , AND FIT IS EXCELLANT .
USED ICE CREAM STICKS TO GET ALL THE EDGES/ CRACKS LINED UP WHILE FITTING IT , the hood pins were the hardest part --well satisfied w/ it.

What is your asking price on a pin on fiberglass trunk lid for a Duster Demon.

I bought my glass GTS hood (AAR Fiberglass), fenders and headlight buckets (Unlimited) about 20 years and and the fit was absolute crap on all of it. Unlimited said up yours on returning the fenders and buckets and AAR did work with me on trying to get it to fit and in the end allowed me to return it.

I know fiberglass can be molded quite well and maybe they got their processes down better or maybe they hired a guy with more brain cells that hasn't been sniffing resin since the 60's.

I have an unlimited cowl hood for my dart, was-is a miss aligned mess...… I had to modify the hinges to even get it to bolt on.
the bolt holes were over an 1" off on one side. they bonded the reinforcing structure in out of alignment. I made it work because they were
Very difficult to deal with and it took over a month to get the hood.

I also have a UP six pack hood for my 69 Dart. Mine is misaligned like vitamindart but I also got it over a decade ago. I’d buy AR fiberglass if I were to again.
