Upgrade?

I was giving some thought to installing a 6pack carb set up on my '70 340 Dart Swinger. The car is fully restored and bone stock ( matching numbers ). Any thoughts on such a project? I was looking for more kick from the engine, and do like the appearance of the 6 pack. But I'm not certain as to what I might be getting myself into. I believe that this may be available as a reproduction unit. Cheers.

I did it to my '69 Swinger 340, and loved the increase in top end power!

Everything is available as a reproduction from several vendors. Just look at the ads in some of the big Mopar magazines. It'll probably be a bit of a PITA to tune & keep tuned. I have wanted one since the mid 1970's. I've already bought it. I don't care what anybody says, NOBODY & NOTHING is going to stop me from running it. :snakeman:

I have always heard that they are a pita to keep tuned but they run really well when you can keep them set up right.
