Vacuum Port Inquiry

Any idea what the plugged port is for? '64 Dart GT, 273 V8 and auto transmission, 2 barrel Carter.

Maybe a later throttle body or carb that had some additional emission equipment?

If you don't have vacuum at idle but at throttle from it it'll be port vacuum which is usually the distributor advance.....other than that not sure.

The vacuum advance nipple is in the main body on the passenger side.

Likely a manifold vac port since its on the base plate. Earlier bbds didnt have that I think
