Hi Guys,

i´d like to get faster next year, a Roll bar is on my to do list. PB up til now is 11.61, the planned mods for this winter will put me well below 11.5 (that´s the plan so far ;-))

So does anybody know a good company who´s selling a Rollbar in kit form to weld together by myself for a 1968 Valiant 2dr Sedan? I asked several companies, some did not even reply....i have a kit for A-Bodys (Barracuda, Dart) from comp engineering here, but the fitment is not good for my Valiant.

Any info appreciated!

Thanks, Michael

I bought a kit from S&W Race Cars, the bars and hoop were cut long to allow a good close fit.

S&W I put several in Mopars like justinp61 said, plenty of tube to get a close fit. Just put one in a '69 dart. Great fit just like the others. The S&W staff is always helpful, don't treat you like your dumb when you ask a question.

unfortunately S&W Racecars is one of the suppliers that did not reply...ok, thanks for info, i will try it again there.

Chris Alston chassisworks told me there´s no kit available for my car...search goes on.

I called them and ordered what I wanted. I ordered the pro street bars, when the kit arrived it had the regular bars. I called them up, the correct were here in two days.

Summit sells Competition Engr roll bars...I put one of those in our 71 Duster...all A Bodies will take the same roll bar..

I have used a Jegs roll bar...the rear bars were shorter then what i wanted...and I have installed a S&W roll bar which was very good....

If you are in Germany...just order the Main hoop..and buy the front and rear struts locally....
