Valve cover clearance w/ roller rockers

Hi folks! I would like to change the VCs on my ride to chrome steel but this is the first time I've had roller rockers. Is there a clearance issue with steel over cast aluminum? Yes, I know that cast seals the gaskets better.

I had to clearence the baffles on my 340 valve covers to clear the 1.6 rockers I had.

I didn't have an issue with stock valve covers and a 540 lift cam. I'm running 1.5 Harland Sharps, but something you will have to check.

the stock Valve Covers did not fit with Harland Sharps 1.6 Roller Rockers. I made some spacers (around 1/4" thick + second Gasket) - everythings fine now.

Fel Pro makes a 5/16" thick gasket.
