Wondering if any of you guys have used the early A fiberglass hood that VFN sells? They list a bolt on stock fiberglass hood for 300.00 which seems fair to me but the shipping to So. California would probably kill me!
Serious? you live in the Car Meca of the world. Dude there has to be a ton of shops that build hoods there.

What scoop is that ?Yup ! I have one. Weighs 13# with 2 aluminum brackets glassed in for hood hinges, and scoop on it too.View attachment 1715187377
Awesome job with that hood and scoop !That's a Street Scenes (Summit #950-72121, I think. I can't find the paperwork on it)
But I did have to modify it, to get a look I was looking for. Also too, I eliminated the 'bubble' on the hood, so that it didn't obstruct the scoop opening. Here it is on the original steel hood.
Shipping on the VFN hood was $200 and I had to go to the ABF shipping depot to receive it.
