Victor440 valve spring installed height?

What is stock valve spring installed height in edelbrock 77919 victor heads using edelbrock own valve length about 5,35" with;

+ - 0" retainers and locks, and using 0,06" thick valve spring locators.

I just need this info to find right springs, locks and retainers to my engine.

Yes it does tell seat/open pressure, but not height. And I also know that 1,900" is enough for my cam 0,660 lift. But I need to know that do I need +0,05 locks or +0,100 retainers to reach that height or not with victors. Or is it just victors stock height 1,900" without any "offset" parts.
