No typo! 2,500hp 1963 Plymouth Valiant! The early Valiants always looked so docile to me. It's awesome that an innocent Valiant is one of the fastest street legal cars in the world!!!

that cage is no good for the street. if that thing ever gets in an accident and he isn't wearing a helmet that bar is going to destroy his head. happened to a guy on yellowbullet..

The guy is semi local to me and I got to drool over it at the Car Craft deal this past July.
Trust me when I say there is not one detail that was overlooked.

I didn't get to hear it run in person , but the vid speaks for itself.
If you put a blown alcohol Hemi and a three speed Lenco in a dump truck , it is going to be quick.
I think it's safe to say that with correct chassis set up , this car flat out flies.
I didn't get the impression that he would be chasing time slips......more of a show and tell deal.
But it sure is a well made and beautiful automobile.
 
He needs to run it in Drag Week's unlimited class.

But be aware: you need to run a 7-flat to be competitive and 6's to have ANY hope of winning!
