VIN Plate Rivets

So I sent out my dash to be painted and they removed the VIN tag. I wish they didn't because I know that one of the rivets had like a little penta star in the head. Is there anywhere I can get replicated rivets?

There was a guy at the NATS that had them. He was asking $20. a pair. Maby someone who was there got info on him. Sorry I did not.

You can get them on Ebay also, and there is a specific name for that type of rivet but I can't remember it.
