There’s more but even the corners on this aren’t curled.

Here’s my Direct Connection barn find of the week! I am the new owner of decades old W2 heads that were long forgotten on a shelf in a machine shop. The 2 orange heads have a different rocker mount than I have ever seen. None of these have ever been on an engine. Taking them to be shot blasted next week.

R3 short deck 48 degree W2 headed 50mm cam C/SM motor nothing but the best of parts. Coolest small block I had the opportunity to own.

Rocker shaft pedestals milled flat for rocker geometry correction adjustments. AKA - Race W2 heads. Harlandsharp, TR & Jesel have rockers.

Not Direct Connection, But Mopar Performance. With a note from myself to my future self a real-life Marty McFly moment. I reuse boxes at times, are not what they appear all the time. Or I am just crazy, yes that's it

I purchased this Direct Connection jacket in 1978 using the mail-in order form in the 1978 Direct Connection catalog. The jackets were made by and ordered from Horizon Sportswear. It had the Direct -><- Connection patch, but I added the others. It's fairly well worn.

I got this Direct Connection descendant Mopar Performance jacket several years ago, and it's a nicer made jacket, but not as desirable to wear as the Direct Connection jacket.

And this is not Direct Connection, but it hangs next to the other jackets. It's a Mopar Muscle Club International (MMCI) jacket from the 80s. Shown here with the July 1988 Muscle Hustle club magazine which has my Twister on the cover.
