when idling holding the brake head lights on and blinker blinking volt meter drops a lot but battery dont come back to full charge new battery in, alternator was checked and is good what could be going on ?????

Does it charge when you are not idling?
Sometimes the idle is not fast enough to supply all the electricity for the lights, brake lights, and turn signals. But as soon as the engine RPM goes up, it will start to charge.
Can you bump you idle up a bit to help the alternator output without making it harder to drive/control?

Yeah If there was a better place to go.
Its not like we need to know what color the car is, or what the driver had for breakfast. Details like what year model would help a lot.
