Has anyone ever tried this? Don't look like too bad of a job.
1) Remove the 4 doors, and post.
2) Hang some 2 door doors.
3) Weld in 2 door, door posts.
4) Cut and weld in the back door skin, to the quarter panels.
5) finish with some metal fab, and body work.
I see about 10 to 14 hours of work, without operational back windows.
you can probably add another 8 hours to add operational back windows.
