Traded with a member on here "TheGreatRonzini" my good 69 complete A body column and wheel for a 73 dart column and wheel. It cost me $138 to ship this to NY and see what he sends me.He sends me a truck column missing mounting brackets, burned up harness, no gear shift selector arm at base of column for trans linkage and mainshaft is burned of with a torch. Tried calling and texting but wont respond. If someone has a good column. Please contact me.

Hello, the 1970 column is different from the 1971...1970 is one year only....71-72 are same...70 doesn't have spring loaded key release lever...hate to hear about your bad misfortune..good luck!!
 
Thanks. Did not know that and good info . I have a 71 fc7 scamp and will look for that column.
 
I have a 72 Dart Swinger column I could send you... I just took it out of my Dart, I will send pics if interested PM me.. Column ****

I have a power steering auto column from a 72 Scamp parts car if the other members can't help you.

Next time ship your steering column through USPS it won't be around 45 or 55 bucks
