I've been slowly working on floor patches in preparation to install carpet in my wife's 70 Valiant.
The car originally had a rubber floor.
While researching other parts, I found a trim ring for the dimmer/high-lo-beam switch.
It hadn't occurred to me until then that one was required.
It since occurred to me that something similar may be required at the washer fluid foot-pump.
How does the carpet finish around the foot pump?
Does anyone have pictures of a factory original carpet at the foot-pump?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
