just broke in new motor new heads gaskets noticed clear water out exhaust really have not driven car raining checked oil ok plugs look god could be moisture how long before it burns out checked breather ok could i be paranoid 1st rebuid ?

if it doesn't smell sweet or white its just condensation, if your running full exhaust the mufflers will hold water if they don't have a drain hole in the rear of them

Prolly just condesation until it warms up to operating temp. My 318 puts out condensation for about 4 min on warm up then goes away. If it was a head gasket, the coolant would bubble, should be smooth when you look down into the radiator. It does not sound like a problem if you checked all the major parts that would show signs of a problem.
