We pushed the Duster outside just awhile ago and have a couple of good rains...and i discovered puddles on both floors. I don't see water getting around the windshield and I opened the air vents thinking the water may have come from there.

I my old british car days...stuff would get into the vent and clog a drain house causing a leak.. I cannot see one on this car.

where should I look and how can I test ?

Thanks
Grassy

Its prolly the windshield gasket, I had moisture coming in through my gasket even though the window guy asked me why are you pulling the gasket which looked ok and was overkilled on silicone, it leaked still. Or possibly the front A pillar wing windows leak? See if the cowl drains work ok, water will find its way in at the weirdest places.

My money is on the cowl drains..didn't know it had them.

I shall check them.

Thanks
Ian.

i bought a firewall gasket set but I don't think a set of windshield wiper gaskets came with it. I think I may have to do some taping to see what is what.

The the fact that it is on both sides give any ones of these possible problems more weight ?

Thanks
ian.
