I have a big block in my 67 dart. when i put my alum. rad in and the electric fan set up i had the water pump pulley bolts were darn near rubbing. I counter sunk the pulley and gained over a 1/4" clearance.

i used 2 electric fans, one a 12" and the other a 10", diagonally on my aluminum radiator so the center of the water pump was inbetween the two fans.

Mine was a tight squeeze with a 440, March conversion and a 4 core Champion 26"with the twin electric fan/shroud setup. I had to mount the fans offset from the center to clear the water pump pulley and not use the shroud provided. There is also 1/4" of space between the front of the radiator and the core support. I dont know if anyone offers an offset shroud that might work for this situation. The one from Champion is pretty nice, but the fans are centered.
