We pulled my son's 66 Valiant outside for the first time in four years, and it rained all weekend. It appears that the rubber seals around the door are leaking and the floor got wet. Does anyone know where I can find a REASONABLY priced weatherstripping kit for a 66 Valiant four door?

Also, how is the best way to remove the old adhesive and prep to apply the new weatherstripping? I'm worried about the new seals not sticking to the body properly. IS that something I should be concerned with?
Thanks,
Chuck

If you haven't already, roll the floor covering back, get a water hose, and locate the water leak. Water in the floor will be cowl drains, wiper pivots, and other cowl/firewall areas much more often than doors, on any vehicle.
