Yes I know it is very bizarre to ask this in a forum but even after 5 weeks of thinking I still can't decide.
My friend (23 years old I guess) asked me to be his "best man" so I have to organise a car. A rental service only for classic cars has got two very interesting cars to rent: A 1964 Rolls Royce Silver Cloud and a 1959 Cadillac DeVille (4-door hardtop in black exterior). Both are excellent cars. What would be the car of your choice?
The RR of course is the more "royal" and might be appreciated more by "normal" people but the Cadillac is more majestic, better looking and loooooooooooonger (you know, bigger is better).

I want to rent the car a soon as possible that's why I ask early.
 
in situations like this you must ask yourself: WWED?

Considering where you are located, the Cadillac all the way. However, depending on the weather, a convertible would be cooler...This was our wedding car 42 years ago. I still know where the car is (it never was our car, but belonged to a friend of mine back then. He sold it to another friend who still has it).

I’m confused. You’re his best man, and you don’t know how old he is?

As the owner of a car that has been in a LOT of friends weddings, (the avatar, Rumble seat conv), I'd vote for the Rolls Royce. (Always wanted an old Rolls.... not so much anymore. )
If the Caddy was a two door, and the groom was driving, ....then yeah.

When I saw RR in the poll, I pictured a 78 roadrunner
 
Definitely the caddy, some might thing I’m crazy but I never saw the attraction of the Rolls, just not good looking cars, imo.
 
I vote Caddy. A Rolls is cool, but a vintage Caddy is cooler.
 
Is this going to be a wedding with top hat and tux with tails and fancy gown or one with the dinner jacket type tux like James Bond wears to the casino.

The wardrobe might dictate which car.
If it’s not to be a surprise ask the groom which one he’d prefer. Bet he’d pick the Caddy. I would!

Geez, get used to it!!
 
I voted the Caddy since you're in Switzerland. I would think the Cadillac would be less commonly seen on the streets there.
