It appears to be unaltered, cut, milled, ported, etc... purchased here a few years back for my son in law. Who then realized he was in over his head. LMAO!

Are all carb mount threads in good shape? If so I will take it

Are you 100% positive it is low deck?

5986 are the numbers on the lower half.
All threaded carb holes look fine.
I never even sat it on top of the engine.
