I purchased a couple of tires from Summit Racing this evening. I double checked my profile, and I had three certificates each for 15.00. I could not figure out how to enter the certificates in the Summit APP, so I called Summit for help.
The sales rep told me I only had 2 certificates each for 15.00. He advised that he could not help me with any disputes on summit bucks, so he sent me to customer service.
The person @ customer service advised I had 4 certificates, 45,15,15,15 or 90.00 total. I used all of them on my purchase.
From now on I will call customer service to check my summit bucks totals!
