Went junk yarding today. I don't just sit behind the computer.

I went to the first pick-a-part place nearer my house today. I have today and tomorrow off so I like to see what's out there. The first one had a pretty much intact M body and a 1964 Polara with a poly-318.

I drove farther accross town to the next one. I found a 1965 4 door Dodge? It had a poly-318 also and the grill was like perfect.

Then three newer M bodies. I took a factory radiator out of one.

i spot some 15 x 7 steel wheels. we get a few of them le barons and such here where im at. miles of intrepids though lol

Nice, I went on Saturday just to look. Made my $2.00 entry fee back as I found about $11.00 in change in about 10 or so Dakota's and S-10's. lol The first Dakota was a 91, seen a couple of Quarters on the floor board by the sill plate, just happened to pry the sill plate up and there was nearly a roll of quarters under it....needless to say I popped that booger off and there was $6.00 of quarters under it!! No joke. lol

The bastards here in KC rob all the good stuff before it ever makes it into the yard. Pick-N-Pull pre-picks everything and you can't find a radio, change, unpunched oil pan, aluminum wheel, or four-barrel carb to save your life.

Know what you mean about that! When I was doing a rear swap in my Ramcharger I needed a drive shaft from an early Ramcharger...every single drive shaft was crushed, bent, snapped because the way the guys pick em up with fork lift. Also, I needed a set of fenders for it and of course they set the vehicles down with the rear of the front fenders on the bead lip of steel wheels stood up....every one of em were creased, dented or punctured in that spot!! Made me so mad!! lol

Four doors galore!

I'm thinking a building a four door. Pre computer and smog car (C.A.P. is OK). 60's to early 70's car would be good. Probably a wagon. A, B, or C body.

I would grab the entire front clip off that 63 Dodge (330-440?) that is worth some bucks, the bumper looks super straight! Anything else off that car that will fit a 2-door, even the 4-door parts are getting harder to find. Also the trunk and rear bumper...
